The Beginning
In society, many women play various roles. Jobs, businesses, homes, children, and household responsibilities often force them to put their personal dreams aside. Sometimes circumstances compel them to venture into business and teach them to adapt to reality. Many women face peculiar challenges when stepping into the external world. Recognizing this, the idea of empowering women has firmly taken root in our minds. Similarly, given the difficulty of securing jobs today, it was our belief that women should be encouraged to start their own ventures instead of depending on employment. Thus, the platform "Ghe Bharari" was launched with the aim of supporting women entrepreneurs.

Impact of the Pandemic
After the successful exhibitions held in January, preparations were underway for children's exhibitions. However, the pandemic disrupted everything, and many events had to be canceled. The sudden outbreak caused significant losses to businesses, especially to women entrepreneurs. Tons of their goods remained unsold in their homes. At this critical juncture, "Ghe Bharari" created a Facebook group to help them emerge from disappointment. This group enabled countless women to recover and grow their businesses during challenging times.

Co-founder

Possessing entrepreneurial drive and ambition from an early age, this personality is a unique combination of creativity and perseverance. Many new ideas, passion for social service, very positive and humble nature are his characteristics.

Rahul Kulkarni took on the daunting task of becoming a businessman, With no professional background at home and no capital available.

Continually faced many problems, constant fluctuations in business, domestic and government level challenges. He founded GheBharari, a professional group, with the feeling that any new entrepreneurs should not have to suffer from the endless problems and the frustration of finding solutions to them.

Aaba Cha Dhaba on Lakshmi Road a small scale Non-Veg food Restaurant belongs to Rahul Kulkarni. It’s a very famous Gourmet hideaway in Pune and there is no one who does not know about Aaba Cha Dhaba. This is why he insists on the importance of branding.

The ultimate goal of Ghe Bharari is to provide guidance on how to do online and offline business. The vision is to provide every support an entrepreneur needs from starting a business to building his/her brand.

His vision is to see GheBharari exhibitions on an amplified platform all over Maharashtra and beyond.

Neelam, a teacher by profession, had to take a break to take care of her children and that too for 8 years!!! But staying at home was never in her nature, so she created GheBharari online and offline group along with her childhood friend Rahul Kulkarni.

Their mission and vision is to support every small and home grown business entrepreneur.

A very strong, positive, and determined person that Neelam is, exudes an unwavering sense of confidence and resilience. Ready to face challenges head-on with an unshakable belief in her ability to overcome adversity. Her energy is infectious, always uplifting those around her, even in the toughest of times. She has set ambitious goals and relentlessly pursue them with focus and perseverance, never allowing setbacks to define her.

Her determination is matched only by her optimism, always finding a way to stay positive and inspire others, no matter how difficult the journey may be. Her strength is not just in her actions but in the way she empower others to believe in themselves and their potential.

In her mentorship, Ghe Bharari Facebook group is helping women to make their journey from homemaker to professional a smooth one. For this purpose, workshops on time management, importance of marketing, attitude towards oneself and one's business, presentation etc. are conducted by the group.

She insists that Ghe Bharari is characterized by exquisite handmade items of the highest quality.
